In its 3rd edition, the Institute was honored to welcome 16 recruiting units with diverse positions across the finance–banking domain. Students not only experienced real‑world activities but were also trained directly according to standard enterprise and banking procedures, meeting job requirements for future official positions. Over 650 student interviews were conducted and more than 380 positions were filled across participating units—evidence of the program’s strong appeal and success.

Through the program, enterprises and banks not only contributed to training the younger generation but also had the opportunity to enhance their position and reputation among students and society. This forms a solid foundation for all parties to grow together toward common success, building an elite workforce that meets the future development needs of the finance–banking industry.

The program’s success not only delivered practical outcomes for students but also opened new cooperation opportunities, enriching the Institute’s strategic relationships with corporate and banking partners in training and developing high‑quality human resources for the industry.
