The 4th Banking and Finance Technology Institute Recruitment Fair (2026)
On August 15, 2026, the Banking and Finance Technology Institute (BFTI) of the University of Finance – Marketing successfully organized its 4th Recruitment Fair. The event took place in Room A.701 and various recruitment rooms on the 6th and 7th floors of Building A at the Tan Thuan Campus. Participating enterprises, banks, and recruitment organizations offered more than 600 job and internship opportunities, providing students with valuable opportunities to explore career prospects and connect directly with potential employers.
The Institute places strong emphasis on organizing the Recruitment Fair as an important platform for strengthening connections among the university, businesses, and students, thereby effectively bridging academic knowledge with the practical requirements of the labor market. Through the event, students had the opportunity to learn about current recruitment needs, working environments, and professional expectations, while engaging directly with representatives and recruiters from participating organizations.

Building on the success of previous editions, the 4th Recruitment Fair continued to facilitate direct connections between BFTI students and enterprises, banks, and organizations operating in the banking and finance sectors. At the event, students gained access to recruitment information, learned about specific job positions and employers’ expectations, and had the opportunity to interact directly with recruiters.
These interactions provided students with a realistic understanding of the labor market, enabling them to proactively assess their competencies and identify the knowledge and skills they need to develop in preparation for internships, employment opportunities, and future career development after graduation.

Through the 4th Recruitment Fair, the School of Financial and Banking Technology reaffirmed its commitment to connecting academic education with practical application, adopting a learner-centered approach, and strengthening collaboration with industry. These efforts contribute to equipping students with the knowledge, professional skills, and confidence needed to successfully enter the labor market.
