On 26/10/2024, the Faculty of Finance & Banking (FFB) – University of Finance & Marketing (UFM) – in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) organized the seminar “Personal Finance Management Skills” to equip students with essential knowledge for effective financial management.

In the opening remarks, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Thuy Hang – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Finance & Banking – expressed gratitude to HDBank for co‑organizing this meaningful seminar, which provides highly useful knowledge for students in managing personal finances, especially in today’s fast‑developing digital era.

At the event, HDBank’s representative – Mr. Ngo Quoc Hung, Head of Recruitment – emphasized the cooperation among enterprises, banks, and the university in enhancing students’ financial literacy. HDBank is honored and ready to accompany the University and the Faculty of Finance & Banking in student‑oriented programs.

Also at the event, HDBank awarded 25 scholarships to the Faculty of Finance & Banking, enabling students to focus on their studies and personal development.

Next, students interacted with Mr. Do Xuan Hoa – Training Specialist at HDBank. With an engaging presentation, he guided students through the basics of methods for managing and allocating personal finances, introducing new products and tools that can make financial management easier and more effective.
