Through the seminar, faculty members of the School of Financial and Banking Technology were guided on how to collect, aggregate, and analyze data related to learning outcome achievement; determine the proportion of students achieving each CLO; identify learning outcomes that had not yet met the established requirements; and propose appropriate improvement measures. The topic was of considerable practical significance for innovating teaching methods, refining assessment approaches, improving course design, and progressively enhancing the overall training curriculum.

In addition to the presentation, the seminar provided lecturers with an opportunity to engage in discussion and hands-on practice based on the courses they were responsible for. Participants reviewed the alignment matrices between CLOs and PLOs and refined assessment tools, measurement criteria, and supporting evidence to strengthen the quality assurance of the training program.
The seminar represented an important professional development activity for the School of Financial and Banking Technology, contributing to stronger alignment among learning outcomes, teaching activities, and assessment methods. The knowledge and practical experience gained from the seminar will provide a foundation for lecturers to consistently implement the process of measuring learning outcomes across courses. At the same time, the resulting data will support teaching innovation, curriculum improvement, and future quality assurance and accreditation activities.
