Training is the most important mission of every university. In addition to the knowledge while at school, it is necessary to ensure students have practical skills and knowledge to help them have solid preparation before becoming high-quality human resources. Understanding this, the Faculty of Finance and Banking is always interested in organizing seminars and business field trips for students through professional practice modules and graduation internships. To do this job well, connecting training with businesses is necessary to improve students' skills and practical capacity. Therefore, the Faculty of Finance and Banking organized a seminar with the topic: "Improving the effectiveness of connecting training and businesses - Professional practice model, graduation internship" on the morning of November 22 /2023, at room A.105, facility 778 Nguyen Kiem, Ward 4, Phu Nhuan District. The discussion received the participation of Assoc. Prof., Ph.D. Nguyen Thi My Linh - Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, Ph.D. Tran Thi Thanh Nga – Head of Department of Finance and Insurance; Ph.D. Le Thi Thuy Hang - Head of Department of Banking and many lecturers from the Faculty of Finance and Banking. At the discussion, we listened to research and discussions with the following four topics:

"Solutions to maintain relationships with businesses in training" presented by Ph.D. Nguyen Minh Phuc

"Implementing the outline content of practical modules and graduation internship" presented by Ph.D. Tran Thi Thanh Nga

"Implementing and organizing practical and internship modules for students" presented by Ph.D. Le Thi Thuy Hang

"Introduction to the process and forms for implementing practical and internship modules for students and suggestions for improvement" presented by Mr. Nguyen Dinh An

The seminar also heard the sharing and discussion of the Faculty of Finance and Banking lecturers about the difficulties and limitations in connecting with businesses and the process of guiding students in professional practice and final internship.

Through this, the lecturers also proposed several changes to further improve the practice process in a way closely linked to practice and training goals, as well as measures to deploy cooperative relationships with businesses effectively. Here are some pictures from the discussion:
