FACULTY OF FINANCE – BANKING HOLDS THE FIRST 2024 SEMINAR FOR PHD CANDIDATES IN FINANCE – BANKING
In accordance with the University’s doctoral training regulations, the Faculty of Finance – Banking organizes a professional seminar for PhD candidates in Finance – Banking every six months. The seminar serves as a professional forum that helps candidates orient their research and conduct their dissertations effectively. At the seminar, the candidates meet their academic supervisors and discuss matters and plans related to the implementation of their doctoral dissertations.
On 06 January 2024, the Faculty held the first seminar of 2024 in Room A113, Nguyen Kiem Campus. In this seminar, Dr. Nguyen Minh Phuc presented the topic “Sharing EndNote and Automatic Referencing Tools for PhD Candidates.” MSc. Pham Minh Tien introduced tools that support literature review and the identification of research gaps for scientific research. Both topics attracted strong interest and many questions from the candidates as they applied and practiced the speakers’ guidance right at the seminar. These are effective tools that assist candidates during their research process, in shaping dissertation proposals as well as other studies.
