Faculty of Finance - Banking Successfully Organized The Conference of Officers and Employees in 2023
Based on the plan no. 2757/KH-DHTCM dated November 30, 2023, on Organizing the Conference of Delegates of Officials and Laborers of the University of Finance and Marketing in 2024, on the morning of December 27, 2023, The Faculty of Finance and Banking organized a Faculty-level Labour Conference. This is an opportunity for faculty employee officers to give opinions on managing and supervising issues related to their rights, interests, obligations and responsibilities in the UniversityUniversity. Participating in the Conference were comrade Le Trung Dao, Vice-Rector of the University, and all staff of the Faculty of Finance and Banking. At the Conference, all employee officers heard the Faculty's 2023 activity report and 2024 work plan. Accordingly, in 2023, the Faculty will carry out the plan on teaching, scientific research and other tasks; some content will exceed the set goals, such as many articles published at International Conferences and International journals, PhD students completed on time, the number of scientific research hours conducted by lecturers increased and so on. It is considered the result of the solidarity and efforts of the faculty leaders and all workers in the Faculty. Regarding direction, employee officers had meaningful suggestions and goals consistent with the Faculty's situation and the University's direction. The Conference also listened to many frank and responsible contributions from employee officers on the professional activities of the Faculty as well as the activities of the University: team development, training programs, scientific research, infrastructure, etc. In the guiding speech of comrade Le Trung Dao, he praised the outstanding achievements of the Faculty and also responded to some questions from employee officers. The clear, accurate, and reasonable answers of comrade Le Trung Dao have clarified the remaining issues and created trust and excitement for the entire Faculty of Labor. Representative of the Presidium, Assoc. Prof. Ph.D. Nguyen Thi My Linh, Head of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, spoke to receive guidance from the Board of Management. After the discussion, delegates are elected to attend the school-level Labor Union conference. According to the allocation, the Faculty of Finance and Banking has one mandatory delegate, 11 official delegates and two alternate delegates. Criteria for selecting delegates are clearly stated, and nominations take place democratically. After secret voting, the Faculty of Finance and Banking has selected delegates to attend the university-wide Labour Conference scheduled for the morning of January 12, 2024. At the end of the Conference, the board of faculty leadership thanked all the lecturers for their collective efforts to help the Faculty achieve outstanding achievements in 2023 and sent New Year wishes to all employee officers.
