To help students consolidate theoretical knowledge through practical activities related to corporate/banking/insurance/securities finance or other finance‑banking operations, the Faculty of Finance & Banking annually implements a practicum series with 100% participation of third‑year students at major enterprises aligned with their majors—commercial banks, finance companies, securities firms, and insurance companies. These activities help students better understand their profession, set career goals, and plan future development—thereby increasing employability and work‑readiness upon graduation.

For the Banking field, in Semester 1/2025 the Faculty of Finance & Banking implemented a practicum series at major commercial banks in Ho Chi Minh City such as ACB and Shinhan Bank, with 100% participation of K22 students. The program provided practical skills and in‑depth knowledge of banking operations while holistically developing students’ skills and career awareness.

Thanks to dedicated guidance from bank experts, students gained clearer understanding of workflows, transactions, and the real work environment. The visit provided practical skills, specialized knowledge, and deeper appreciation of the banking profession—adding value to the curriculum and boosting confidence for future career challenges.
