E-Trainee Program 2023 at Eximbank in The Series of Internship Program for Students of The Faculty of Finance and Banking
The graduation thesis is an essential module in bringing students from the academic environment to the business environment. This is the best way for students to gain experience in the field they are interested in. Through this process, students can apply their knowledge and develop technical and soft skills while observing daily work at a company and its culture and working environment. With the goal of "Training bachelors in Finance and Banking with good political, moral and health qualities; Apply basic socio-economic knowledge, can apply, analyze, evaluate policies and solve professional problems in the field of Finance - Banking. Meet the high quality workforce for the needs of the labor market in the trend of international integration." To meet this goal, practical activities in graduation internship courses are designed to help students consolidate the theoretical and practical knowledge that students have been equipped with at school. The tradition of learning must go hand in hand with practice, which the faculty always cares about and continues to develop. In the past year, Eximbank has accepted more than final-year students of

One of the most critical roles of the graduation thesis and final internship is providing opportunities for students to apply and test the professional knowledge they have learned. It helps students build confidence and a deep understanding of the finance and banking field. When interning at EXIMBANK, students learn knowledge, and EXIMBANK also creates an environment to develop soft skills for UFM students. Students will learn to work in teams, manage time, solve problems, and interact with colleagues and real bank customers. These skills are essential at work and affect students' future personal and professional development.

The internship process also helps students expand their relationships during the internship, which is extremely important no matter what field students later work in. When doing an internship, students can take advantage of this time to get to know their colleagues, learn, and build relationships, thereby creating essential connections for their future career development.
