Party Cell of the School of Financial and Banking Technology Inspires Aspirations and Innovation in Line with the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress
In the enthusiastic atmosphere of the early days of 2026, the Party Cell of the School of Financial and Banking Technology organized its thematic meeting for the first quarter of 2026 under the theme “Thoroughly Grasping the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam – Building an Exemplary Contingent of Officials and Party Members and Promoting Aspirations for Development and Innovation in Accordance with Ho Chi Minh Thought.” This was a particularly important political activity aimed at fostering strong unity in awareness and action throughout the School immediately after the successful conclusion of the 14th National Party Congress.
The meeting focused on thematic reports presented by Comrades Nguyen Quang Minh, Le Thi My Ngan, and Mai Thi Thanh Tra. The first topic focused on promoting the comprehensive development of the Vietnamese people, thereby establishing a solid foundation for high-quality human resources in the future. The second topic examined the objective of accelerating reform, digital transformation, and national modernization—key areas closely associated with the School’s development orientation. In particular, the third topic emphasized improving the quality of officials and Party members, requiring each individual to continuously strengthen their political steadfastness, intellect, and revolutionary ethics to meet the demands of the new era.

The connection between theory and practice was clearly demonstrated by closely linking the Resolution’s contents with Ho Chi Minh Thought on revolutionary ethics and the spirit of devotion to the Fatherland and service to the people. The meeting also discussed the exemplary responsibility of officials and Party members in their roles as lecturers. Party members actively contributed various specific solutions to enhance their role in political theory education, promote digital transformation in teaching, and foster a positive academic culture within the School. These were considered the most practical actions to ensure that every lecturer serves not only as a transmitter of knowledge but also as an exemplary model of innovation.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Party Cell resolved to integrate the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress more deeply into professional activities and daily life. Individual development plans aligned with aspirations for progress will demonstrate the School of Financial and Banking Technology's collective commitment to realizing the Party’s strategic goals. The meeting went beyond disseminating and thoroughly studying the Party’s documents by genuinely inspiring determination and helping each Party member clearly define a pathway to becoming an exemplary official, actively contributing to education and the School’s sustainable development in the digital era.
