The Party Cell of the School of Financial and Banking Technology Holds a Tribute Ceremony for Heroic Martyrs at Le Thi Rieng Cultural Park

At 8:30 a.m. on August 3, 2026, the Party Cell of the School of Financial and Banking Technology held its regular Party Cell meeting for August 2026 at Le Thi Rieng Cultural Park. The meeting took place in a solemn and serious atmosphere and incorporated activities aimed at fostering a sense of tradition while enhancing the political awareness, sense of responsibility, and exemplary role of the Institute’s officials and Party members.

At the opening of the program, all attending Party members participated in an incense-offering and memorial ceremony in honor of the Heroic Martyrs at the monument dedicated to General Secretary Tran Phu. The meaningful ceremony expressed profound gratitude to the generations of predecessors who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and for the construction and defense of the Fatherland. Through this activity, Party members further strengthened their awareness of the responsibility to preserve and uphold revolutionary traditions, while continuously cultivating their moral character, sense of discipline, and spirit of service in fulfilling their assigned duties.

During the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi My Linh, Secretary of the Party Cell, presided over the presentation of the official decision appointing Ms. Tran Thi Kim Oanh as a member of the Party Cell Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell. The strengthening of the Party Cell Committee is expected to enhance its leadership and organizational capacity, facilitate effective task allocation and coordination, and support the implementation of political missions, Party-building activities, and the Institute’s professional responsibilities in the coming period.

Continuing with the agenda, the Party Cell reviewed its activities and performance in July and established its work plan for August 2026. The report focused on key areas, including leadership in the implementation of political tasks; political and ideological education; Party organization and development; inspection and supervision; thematic activities; Party member recruitment; activities of mass organizations; and the implementation of the unit’s key objectives.

Based on this review, Party members discussed and reached a consensus on the key tasks for August. Emphasis was placed on improving the quality of Party Cell meetings, ensuring strict compliance with inspection and supervision plans, strengthening efforts to identify and develop potential Party members, and promoting the exemplary role of Party members in the performance of their professional duties.

Also, during the meeting, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell and Head of the Party Cell’s Inspection and Supervision Team, announced the results of the inspection concerning Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Nga’s performance of her assigned duties and responsibilities. The announcement was conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and principles, with an emphasis on seriousness and objectivity. The activity contributed to raising Party members’ awareness of self-assessment and continuous self-improvement, while reinforcing the importance of inspection and supervision in building a strong and disciplined Party Cell.

The regular Party Cell meeting for August 2026 was conducted in a serious and orderly manner, in accordance with the established agenda and requirements. Through the meeting, the Party Cell reaffirmed its commitment to solidarity, responsibility, and discipline, as well as its determination to effectively implement political and professional tasks and strengthen Party-building activities in the coming period.
