Faculty of Finance - Banking organizes a Conference of Officers and Employees in 2023
On December 16, 2022, with the agreement of the Party Committee - Department Leadership and the Executive Committee of the Department's Trade Union, the Department of Finance - Banking, under the University of Finance - Marketing, organized the Conference of Officers and Employees for the year 2023.

The conference was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tien Dat, Rector of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi My Linh, Vice Dean in Charge of the Faculty of Finance and Banking; Dr. Tran Thi Dien, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Banking; MSc. To Thi Hong Gam, President of the Faculty Trade Union, along with the faculty members.

The department holds an annual conference for employees and officers to assess and commend educational accomplishments from the previous academic year, as well as to thoroughly examine any existing deficiencies. It serves as a platform for every member to exercise their democratic rights by presenting proposals, expressing desires, and disseminating opinions to both the department's leadership and the university's leadership. The conference provides an opportunity to reach a consensus and collectively contribute to the advancement of the department's academic trajectory through the direct placement of issues for discussion. In addition, it provides the department with an opportunity to present to leadership at all levels the legitimate rights of civil servants, officials, and employees.

At the Conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi My Linh, Vice Dean in Charge of the Faculty of Finance and Banking presented the Report summarizing the 2022 activities and implementing the department's plans for 2023. The Vice Dean also discussed issues about: Organizational structure, staff; the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies and State laws; training and enrollment; about student affairs; Build and develop a team of teaching staff; scientific research; group activities...
The conference also heard numerous perspectives on issues encompassing instruction, facilities, digital transformation, training initiatives, quality accreditation, and more. The faculty documented, assimilated, and dissected the opinions of personnel and officials. The faculty expresses every viewpoint constructively, motivated by a collective intention to cooperate and effectively accomplish their designated responsibilities.
